Musk and Kennedy. Trump’s new team:

Musk and Kennedy Trumps new team

With whom will Donald Trump return to the White House on January 20, 2025 after his inauguration?

Donald Trump returns to the White House. Who is on his new team and will occupy important positions in power?

First appointment:

Susie Wiles is the only member of Trump’s team whose future fate has already been determined. Trump’s landslide victory in the election is the result of her work as the head of his election campaign. In his victory speech on Wednesday, Trump highlighted her role and called her an “ice maiden” (he used the expression “ice maiden”). The day before it became known that she would become the chief of staff of the second administration of Donald Trump. This is a historic appointment as Wiles will be the first woman to hold this position.

Wiles entered politics in the late 1970s and began working on the team that worked on Ronald Reagan’s 1980 presidential campaign. Then the Republican candidate won.

In 2010, she helped a businessman with little political experience, Rick Scott, become governor of Florida in just seven months. Scott is currently a member of the US Senate.

Republicans treat Wiles with great respect and even reverence. According to many, she knows how to restrain the ambitions of Trump himself and people from his inner circle. This may allow her to maintain order in the administration, which was not the case during the tenure of her four previous leaders.

According to Trump, Wiles likes to remain in the shadows and at the same time manages to be one of the most formidable US politicians.

Democrat Among Republicans:

The nephew of President John F. Kennedy, who was assassinated in 1963, Robert Kennedy Jr. tried to run for president from the Democratic Party, then registered as an independent candidate, and eventually dropped out of the race and supported Trump.

Robert opposed vaccinations and supported conspiracy theories. In the final two months of the election cycle, he spearheaded the Trump campaign’s “Make America Healthy Again” initiative.

Trump recently promised that Robert Kennedy Jr. would play an important role in the work of public health authorities such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Robert Kennedy recently said he would push for fluoride-free drinking water because he said it was harmful to the human body. Many experts dispute this claim.

In an interview with NBC News, he also rejected claims that he is an anti-vaxxer. He said he’s not advocating for denying people the right to get vaccinated, but for better informing them before they make their choice.

Elon Musk:

The richest man in the world, the head of Tesla and SpaceX and the owner of Platform X (formerly Twitter), announced his support for the former president earlier this year, although back in 2022 he said that “it’s time for Trump to hang up his oars and go beyond the horizon.” .

Since then, Musk has become one of the Republicans’ most vocal and prominent supporters, and during the campaign donated more than $119 million to America PAC, an organization he created to support Trump.

Shortly before Election Day, Musk also launched a campaign in which he paid money to registered voters in swing states who agreed to sign his petition supporting free speech. In total, the payments amounted to about a million dollars.

According to media reports, Musk has already taken part in Trump’s conversation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. According to some reports, Trump and Musk are discussing the idea of creating a “Department of Government Efficiency”, which could be headed by the head of Tesla.

The department’s goal is to cut budget spending, reform government operations and fight what Musk called a “suffocating federal bureaucracy.”

New head of the Pentagon?

Mike Pompeo served as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and then Secretary of State during President Donald Trump’s first term.
A US foreign policy hawk, as he was called, and a staunch supporter of Israel, Pompeo played a prominent role in moving the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
He was also one of the key figures in the implementation of the so-called Abraham Accords, which normalized relations between Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.
Pompeo remained a staunch ally of his boss and supported Trump in his baseless claims of fraud in the 2020 election that allegedly helped Democrats win. These statements were not confirmed during inspections and proceedings.
Pompeo is now considered one of the two main contenders for the post of defense secretary. He is expected to compete for this post with Michael Waltz, a Florida representative in the House of Representatives and a lieutenant colonel in the US Army Special Forces.
